At GKG Fashion, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
❌ Returns will not be accepted for:
- Size issues (please refer to the size chart before ordering)
- Color variation due to lighting or screen resolution
- Products showing signs of wear, wash, or damage by customer
- Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or wrong item delivered)
2. How to Raise a Return Request
To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear images/video of the product
- Reason for return

Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 business hours.
3. Return Pickup
- If the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable)
- If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original mode of payment
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
💡 Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
