Return & Refund Policy – GKG Fashion

At GKG Fashion, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

❌ Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Size issues (please refer to the size chart before ordering)
  • Color variation due to lighting or screen resolution
  • Products showing signs of wear, wash, or damage by customer
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or wrong item delivered)

2. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images/video of the product
  • Reason for return

Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 business hours.

3. Return Pickup

  • If the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable)
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original mode of payment
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

💡 Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
