Shipping Policy – GKG Fashion

At GKG Fashion, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and secure manner. Please review our Shipping Policy below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • Once dispatched, you will receive shipment details via SMS / Email / WhatsApp

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India
  • Some remote locations may have limited delivery service depending on courier availability

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 6–10 business days

⏳ Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on selected products
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pin codes
  • Additional COD charges may apply and will be shown at checkout
  • GKG Fashion reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or customers with repeated returns or non-acceptance

6. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS
  • Customers can track their order using the provided tracking link

7. Delivery Issues

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal by the customer, the order may be returned to origin (RTO)
  • In such cases, shipping and RTO charges may be deducted from the refund amount
  • Re-shipping will be done only after additional shipping charges are paid

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images or video of the package and product for verification
  • Issues reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution

9. Delays & Force Majeure

GKG Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including courier strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical issues.
